We will submit medical claims for you to insurance companies with which we are contracted. In order to do so, we must have your current insurance information. If you do not have a current insurance, we expect and appreciate payment at the time of service. We have an obligation, by contract with insurance companies, to collect all co-pays at the time of service. |
