Medical claims                                    

We will submit medical claims for you to insurance companies with which we are contracted. In order to do so, we must have your current insurance information. If you do not have a current insurance, we appreciate and expect payment at the time of service. We have and obligation, by contract with insurance companies, to collect all co-pays at the time of service.
