How to Interpret Your Blood Pressure:
Over 50,000,000 million people in the USA have "high blood
pressure". Unfortunately, many don't check their blood pressure and don't realize
that they have a problem. They are walking
around unaware that their "high blood pressure" puts them at risk for many health problems including heart disease,
stroke, and kidney disease.
Hypertension is diagnosed based
at least 3 consecutive high blood pressure readings.
