Could It Be That Simple?

A recent study concluded that 10 minutes of daily stretching done before bedtimedecreased symptoms of menopause and depression in middle aged  working Japanese women.

The stretching involved total body extensions including extension and torsion of the shoulders, hips and torso. The stretching began with 1) standing or kneeling poses, 2) moved to sitting poses , 3) followed by prone positions and 4) ending in a relaxed supine position.
