Current Breast Cancer Screening Recommendations for Woman at Average* Risk for Breast Cancer

*Average risk is defined as no personal history of breast cancer, no suspected or confirmed genetic mutation known to increase risk of breast cancer ie BRCA or history of previous radiotherapy to the chest at a young age.
