No Fat Shaming

We have been recently inundated with reports about how obese we have become. Obesity is defined as a BMI (weight divided by height ratio) of 30 or higher. Black women had significantly higher levels of obesity.

I say no more fat shaming!!! The deeper question is why do we continue to eat those food which are deplete of nutrients and full of calories. And how can we make the food industry more accountable.
