Shrinking fibroids with a plant based diet- WOW- one of the best days of y professional life.

A group of black women came together to discussed shrinking their fibroids with a plant based diet instead of medication and/or surgery. They came together, to take charge of their health. They shared and they were supportive of where each was starting and their individual efforts. It was inspiring. It was one of the best days of my professional life.
