Hi There! I’m Dr. Janet Williams (my clients call me Dr Janet) and I am an Ob/Gyn based in Los Angeles, CA. I am the author of the book “Why Don’t I Like Sex Anymore? The Grown Woman’s Guide to Getting Your Groove Back and Claiming Your Truth.”

After a difficult fertility journey in my early 40’s I faced struggles in my intimate life. I used what I know medically, worked with a therapist, a life coach and a hypnotist and finally got to a much better place. I went from a devastating IVF failure with zero libido that ruined my relationship to finding a new partner that I couldn’t keep my hands off of and the best sex of my life. I used what I learned and experienced and changed the way I help women.

I'm an ob/gyn actively in clinical practice and I’m the founder of GoodGroove.com where I have a growing life coaching and hypnotherapy practice. I'm the creator of the Confident Pleasure Course™ a course designed to help women to be fully in tune with their bodies, make the best choices for their health and revive and revitalize their sex lives.
In my one on one coaching program I help midlife women master their perimenopause and menopause journey, revive pleasure and make their sexual comeback.
Most of the women I work with are professional black women over 40.
