I’m becoming a big fan of what you're building on Black Women’s Health Podcast. I especially enjoyed your episode “Dr. Heal Thyself. I appreciate your boldness to share that “we have the control to speed up or slow down our biological age with our lifestyle choices”. We need more bold voices like yours to drown out the noise.

Recently, despite menopause’s attempt to ruin my life, I've been able to eliminate 62+ lbs (and counting) and transform my entire life. And I am so inspired to continue raising awareness on the transformational power of nutrition and wholefood to heal and manage dis-ease.
